As the title states, quartz is way more robust than purely mechanical watches. The less moving parts the better right?
Great idea admin! This could answer a lot of quick questions a member might have... I will post one myself.
For sure, quartz rules the bunch. Still I have as much quartz as mechanicals - hand wound and automatic. Why is that?
Of course not! It is the watch with no moving parts.... A LCD G-Shock perhaps?
The WIS knows.... like Urban...
Yup, have to get me a G-shock. That way I can have a car run me over and still know at what time and date this happened (insurance policy).
Damn! I voted before reading. Of course a watch with no moving parts is better. Then, that would be a smart watch - lol?
Robust, as in "never let me down"? Hicking in the Ozarks... damn, my battery ran out - now what. I hate my robust watch, should have brought a solar...
Ok, I will get me a solar atomic quartz watch. Done
Yes! The final word has been said, quartz atomic, solar watch - with sapphire glass, screw in crown, 300m, dive bezel, chrono, day date, optional strap. Great, get rid of my other watches.
That would be nice @PaltryJack... Only the fact remains that we are collectors!
