Just trying to get the GS boys to come out of the woodwork  - A GS, that is just a Seiko in my opinion because it too uses the typical fanatical Seiko finishing technique. Well, maybe the zaratsu is different... Finally, is the GS mechanical really that much better than the King Seiko?
GS owner of course. I love the zaratsu! Don't you dare touch my....

In my opinion the GS is not much better than the KS, it is just in the name. We are therefore a bit snobbish maybe to want to be "grand"?

Agree with that! I like KS better design wise.. Also, it is charming that it is real vintage in that they are not made anymore.
Absolutely, just check this one out... How much better does it get, built in 1969!

Of course, in the end watches are just watches. It is a matter of definition isn't it? Problem is that the more WIS you are the less watch satisfaction you get...
Say that one more time...?

From now on officially not. They are now a separate brand... It shows on the dial too.
