1 I would go for a watch that is not too large and fairly light so that you can put a strap on it that is about 20mm at the lugs. I would then choose a heavily padded leather strap that will balance the watch easily so that you wouldn't have to cinch it tightly - have some air in between. My vintage Seiko's come to mind...
