Why are all vintage KQ and GQ bracelets different?
I swear, once your vintage King Quartz has a broken band you are up shit creek. I mean, all my vintage Seiko KQ bands are different! Just try getting the missing links or even another one.
Yeah, that happened to me. Eventually I found a replacement bracelet on line (I think), with the trash KQ watch still attached. Now it is incoming. Think it will fit?

Why I hate rubber
Ok, this looks very dramatic but it is not so bad. I just think rubber is so uncomfortable, it is a pressure band around the wrist. Only the Z22 Seiko rubber does not do this because of its venting system. But a flat strap is just the worst imho.

I just thought to put my opinion on paper - for those with grumbling wives: pay attention, for this is going to be interesting.
